1:1 COACHING CALL (1 SESSION)

In this call we will spend the first 45 minutes getting to know each other and you will share the parts of your life you are struggling with the most. From there we will spend one hour working through some of your blockages and get to the root cause of some of the obstacles you are facing. Each person I engage with is multidimensional and this is not a one size fits all approach so I will tailor a plan of action for you based on your needs.

Some of the areas we may explore are:

— how to connect to your divine feminine essence and reclaim your power

— explore the deepest and darkest parts of yourself so that they can shine and see the light

— somatic practice to help you let go of trauma that may be stuck in the body

— sharing sustainable healthy habits to support you holistically (mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually).
